Mumbai: Almonds Ai, a channel loyalty, rewards and solutions company, has announced plans to file for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) by 2029, as it looks to accelerate its vision of becoming a global Distribution Intelligence Company.
The proposed listing is part of the company’s long-term strategy to build an AI-powered operating system that enables brands to predict, recommend and eventually automate decisions across their distribution ecosystems.
Almonds Ai currently works with more than 100 global brands across industries and powers over 10 million channel partners, according to the company. Its technology platforms connect brands with retailers, dealers, distributors, sales teams and last-mile influencers, while processing millions of distribution interactions every month.
The company said it initially focused on channel loyalty and engagement but now sees a larger opportunity in converting distribution interactions into actionable intelligence. Every reward redeemed, invoice uploaded, campaign launched, field visit completed and retailer interaction generates distribution data, which Almonds Ai aims to leverage through AI.
Over the past five years, the company has built a proprietary distribution data layer and plans to use it as the foundation for an AI-powered ecosystem capable of predicting outcomes, recommending actions and eventually automating distribution decisions for enterprises globally.
The proposed IPO is expected to support the company’s technology investments, expansion of AI research and engineering teams, product development and exploration of international markets.
Speaking about the company’s long-term roadmap, Abhinav Jain and Apurv Modi, Co-founders of Almonds Ai, jointly said, “when we started Almonds Ai, our objective was to solve one of the biggest challenges brands faces, building stronger relationships with their distribution networks. Today, we have grown into a profitable company working with some of the country’s leading brands, and our ambitions have become much bigger. Our plan to file for an IPO by 2029 reflects our confidence in the journey ahead and our commitment to building a globally relevant technology company from India. We see this not as a financial milestone, but as the next step towards creating a smarter, AI-powered distribution ecosystem that helps brands make better decisions, strengthen channel relationships, and unlock sustainable growth.”
Since its launch in 2020, Almonds Ai has positioned itself as a technology partner for distribution-led enterprises, offering channel loyalty, engagement, rewards and sales acceleration solutions.
The company said its Channelverse™ ecosystem currently serves more than six million channel partners, including retailers, dealers and influencers such as drivers, painters and mechanics. Almonds Ai has also developed Green Loyalty Programs focused on sustainability within loyalty management.
With the planned IPO, Almonds Ai aims to transition from a profitable enterprise SaaS business focused on channel engagement into a global technology company built around distribution intelligence.
