Mumbai: Aspect Global has appointed Abhijeet Powdwal as Group Chief Strategy Officer (GCSO), marking a step in the Group’s growth and diversification journey across multiple business verticals. The appointment also reinforces the company’s focus on strengthening its leadership team to support its long-term business objectives.
In his new role, Powdwal will be responsible for shaping and driving Aspect Global’s strategic priorities in alignment with the Group’s long-term vision. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, he will focus on identifying new growth opportunities, enabling cross-functional collaboration, driving strategic initiatives, fostering innovation and supporting the Group’s business transformation agenda.
His mandate will also include exploring new-age opportunities and business models that can contribute to sustainable growth and long-term value creation across the Group.
Powdwal brings over 28 years of experience across strategy development, marketing, business modelling and new-age opportunities. His career spans diverse business environments and functions, including sales, marketing, P&L management, IT and consulting.
He has worked with organisations including IndiaFirst Life, ICICI Bank, 3i Infotech and JWT, besides pursuing an entrepreneurial journey in consulting. His multidisciplinary experience across business, technology, marketing and consulting has given him experience in identifying growth opportunities and developing scalable business models.
