Mumbai: Conran Design Mumbai, Havas’ global brand and design consultancy, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Tazeen Shaikh as Associate Creative Director and Jervin D’Souza as Client Partner.
Based in Mumbai, Shaikh and D’Souza will play key roles in driving the agency’s next phase of growth while strengthening its capabilities across brand strategy, design and client partnerships.
The appointments are part of Conran Design’s efforts to strengthen its integrated brand offering by combining creative expertise with business leadership. Together with Almas Ahmed, Senior Director, Brand Strategy, the two leaders will focus on expanding the agency’s strategic and creative impact, strengthening client relationships and identifying new growth opportunities across sectors.

What excites me about Conran Design is its ability to bring together strategy, creativity and business thinking to solve complex challenges. Equally compelling is the opportunity to be part of the wider Havas ecosystem to collaborate across agencies and capabilities and enable more holistic solutions for clients. This integration of narrative and storytelling is increasingly important for brands who are looking to show up authentically in a rapidly evolving landscape. Alongside Tazeen and the broader team, I look forward to building strong client partnerships, creating impactful work and helping drive the next chapter of growth for the agency.”
