Mumbai: Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, an AI-powered advertising and consumer growth technology company, reported a 56.9% year-on-year increase in revenue to ₹728 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. EBITDA rose 77% YoY to ₹154 million, while EBITDA margin expanded by 240 basis points to 21.2%.
Profit after tax (PAT) nearly doubled during the quarter, rising 95% YoY to ₹117 million, with PAT margin improving 320 basis points to 16.1%. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 16.3%, while EBITDA grew 15.8%.

The company attributed the growth to strong demand from direct advertisers across sectors including quick commerce, BFSI, fintech and retail, as well as global clients acquired through its reseller and agency network. Direct clients contributed 65.2% of revenue during the quarter.
International markets accounted for 20.7% of revenue, compared with 11.5% in FY26, while India contributed 79.3%. The company said revenue growth outpaced the increase in data and operating costs, supporting margin expansion at both EBITDA and profit levels.
AI-led technology expansion
During the quarter, Mobavenue launched the Mobavenue Neural Engine, an AI layer designed to operate across its advertising technology and consumer growth platform. The system covers campaign planning, execution, creative and reporting, with the company stating that marketers can move from a campaign plan to a live campaign in under 59 seconds.
The Neural Engine is being progressively integrated across the company’s platforms and is designed to strengthen decision-making and optimisation across its A3 framework of Awareness, Acquisition and Activation.
Mobavenue said its proprietary technology infrastructure processes more than 1.3 billion consented consumer and campaign signals daily, with each bid decision made in under 15 milliseconds. Its AI models retrain on more than 50 terabytes of behavioural and contextual data in approximately an hour.
New products and international expansion
The company also launched PiiX (πX), a growth intelligence platform designed for Apple Ads. The platform brings Apple Search Ads, Custom Product Pages and App Store Optimization together within an AI-driven system.
Mobavenue also expanded its international footprint by taking its PrsmX brand awareness platform live in the Philippines and opening offices in the United States and Singapore under its UK entity.
The company now serves more than 155 brands across 12 countries with a workforce of over 200 employees. It also unveiled a new brand identity and logo at New York’s Times Square, marking its positioning as an AI-native platform.
During Q1 FY27, Mobavenue delivered 14.16 million consumer outcomes, including installs, purchases and sign-ups, representing a 57.3% YoY increase. Revenue per outcome rose 11% YoY to ₹49.94, indicating an increase in monetisation per consumer action.
The company currently has a reach of approximately 2.6 billion devices worldwide.

Commenting on the results, Ishank Joshi, Founder, MD & CEO, Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, said, “Q1 FY27 reinforced the operating trajectory we have set out to build. We delivered revenue of ₹728 Mn, EBITDA of ₹154 Mn at a margin of 21.2% and PAT of ₹117 Mn, reflecting continued momentum.
A key milestone this quarter was the launch of the Mobavenue Neural Engine, a unified AI intelligence layer being progressively embedded across our proprietary infrastructure in the coming quarters, strengthening real-time decisioning, predictive modelling, and outcome optimisation across the A3 framework. We also launched PiiX (πX), extending our AI-led acquisition capabilities into the Apple ecosystem, and expanded operations into the United States and Singapore.
These developments culminated in the unveiling of our new identity and logo of Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, reflecting both where we stand today and the ambition ahead. We are building beyond traditional AdTech: a global, AI-native platform infrastructure for outcome-driven consumer growth at scale.
Our priorities for FY27 remain clear: disciplined growth, margin resilience, deeper technology advantage, and durable long-term value for our clients, shareholders, and partners.”
Looking ahead, Mobavenue said it will focus on strengthening enterprise relationships in India, accelerating product development across AI, machine learning and agentic AI, and expanding into both emerging and developed markets through an asset-light model.
The company also plans to strengthen its AI platform stack, enter additional business verticals and evaluate selective inorganic opportunities during FY27.
