Mumbai: Monil Vyas has been elevated as Vice President – Engagement Lead (West) for WMS Solutions (Xaxis). He was previously serving as Engagement Director at the company.
In his new role, Vyas will lead strategic engagement efforts across the West region, focusing on driving innovative media solutions and helping brands navigate the evolving digital ecosystem.

Vyas has experience across CTV, agency relationship management, AdTech, advertising sales, business development and sales management. Before joining WPP Media, he held roles at Finecast and has worked with organisations including Zapr Media Labs, Radio Mirchi, Evolute Group and Indiabulls Ventures Limited.
He began his career as Associate Manager – Sales at Indiabulls Ventures Limited in 2017, subsequently building experience across media, advertising and technology-led businesses.
His elevation comes as the media ecosystem continues to evolve, with CTV, addressable television and data-driven advertising becoming increasingly important areas for brands and agencies. Vyas’ experience across these segments is expected to support WMS Solutions’ engagement and growth initiatives in the West region.
