Mumbai: Network18 Media & Investments Ltd. has appointed Abhinay Chauhan as Chief Growth Officer, Government Affairs, elevating him from his previous role as Executive Vice President.
In his expanded role, Chauhan will continue to focus on strengthening Network18’s engagement with state governments and public sector undertakings (PSUs), while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the government and public sector ecosystem.
During his tenure at Network18, Chauhan has played a key role in managing and developing the company’s relationships with state governments and PSUs. His responsibilities have also included driving government-related revenues across Network18’s language channels, digital properties, Forbes India and AETN18 (HistoryTV18).
His mandate involves strengthening Network18’s presence and influence across the government and public sector space while contributing to the company’s broader strategy of integrating its broadcast and digital ecosystems.
Chauhan brings prior experience in business and financial news media. Before joining Network18, he served as Vice President at BloombergQuint, where he was responsible for operational strategy and led cross-functional teams.
