Mumbai: PR Companion, the communications arm of Ethane Web Technologies, has been appointed as the public relations partner of digiCloud Solutions, a Salesforce Select Partner headquartered in Pune. The engagement covers media relations, executive positioning, and thought leadership for digiCloud’s founders and leadership team, with the goal of building the company’s profile across business and technology publications as it expands its enterprise CRM and agentic AI capabilities.
Lalit Sharma, Founder & CEO of PR Companion and Ethane Web Technologies, said the mandate reflects the agency’s push into deeper enterprise technology accounts. “A lot of B2B technology companies in India are doing genuinely strong work but stay invisible outside their own client base. digiCloud falls into that category. Over 200 implementations and 120-plus enterprise clients is not a small achievement, yet very little of that has been told publicly. We are not looking to manufacture a story here. There is enough substance in what digiCloud has built that our job is really to get it in front of the right editors and readers.”
Abhijeet Kate, Co-founder and Principal Consultant at digiCloud Solutions, pointed to the gap between what vendors promise on AI and what mid-market enterprises are actually able to deploy. “Most of the conversation around agentic AI right now is still aspirational. On the ground, with the manufacturing and retail clients we work with, adoption looks very different from the pitch decks. We have some real examples worth talking about, including deployments that go well beyond a typical dashboard, and we have not done a good enough job putting that in front of the industry. This partnership is about fixing that gap.”
