Bengaluru: PRHUB, one of India’s leading independent full-service PR and integrated communications firms, has strengthened its leadership team with a series of senior appointments and internal promotions aimed at supporting its next phase of growth and transformation.
The leadership changes are part of PRHUB’s strategy to evolve into a leadership-driven, multi-disciplinary integrated communications firm, with senior leaders taking greater ownership of client relationships, strategic counsel, integrated campaigns and business growth across practices and geographies.
As part of the leadership restructuring, Harini Prabhu, who was running her own social and digital marketing firm in Hyderabad, has joined PRHUB as Vice President – Account Management, Marcom & Digital. Krishnaprasad Balakrishnan (KP), who has previously worked with Ogilvy and Dentsu India, joins as Executive Creative Director.
The firm has also appointed Beerendra Jha as Market Lead – Chennai and Khurram Aslam as Market Lead – Hyderabad, strengthening its senior leadership presence across key regional markets.
On the internal promotions front, Emilee Kashyap has been elevated as Chief of Staff, while Raji (Rajam) Sarath has been promoted to Associate Vice President – Account Management, Content & Personal Branding. Sonam Motreja has been elevated to Associate Vice President – Influencer Marketing, Associate Support & Media Buying.
Commenting on the hiring and promotions, Xavier Prabhu, Founder & CEO, PRHUB, said, “Clients today need integrated thinking that delivers outcomes aligned to their business, branding and marketing priorities. They need lean partners equipped with the right blend of specialists, which is what the hiring of Harini and Krishna Prasad is about. Raji has been helming the fast-growing personal branding practice while Emilee has been quietly playing a strategic role in building the right organizational framework and Sonam has built a profitable revenue stream out of the areas she’s been leading. Their promotion is our way of recognizing their contribution and impending key role in PRHUB’s transformation. Beerendra and Khurram’s joining in Chennai and Hyderabad means we have senior leaders in 5 of India’s largest marketing, branding and PR markets. There are more senior hires, partnerships and strategic announcements in the offing as we ready PRHUB for transformation & exponential growth. Wish all of them well in their roles.”
The leadership changes follow a structured leadership assessment and capability-mapping exercise undertaken by PRHUB and led by an independent senior professional in the field. The exercise was designed to align individual strengths with the evolving requirements of the business and create a more empowered leadership ecosystem.
Based on the independent assessment, PRHUB has undertaken a comprehensive revamp of its organizational structure and roles. The revised structure is expected to deepen the firm’s senior leadership capabilities and support its expansion into newer specialized offerings and integrated communication solutions.
With senior leadership now strengthened across key markets, PRHUB is positioning itself for its next phase of transformation, with further senior hires, partnerships and strategic initiatives expected as the firm looks to accelerate growth.
