Mumbai: Sony MAX has onboarded L’Oréal Paris, Bournvita, Figaro, ENO and SML as sponsors for the World Television Premiere of Mardaani 3, scheduled to air on August 16 at 8 PM.
The premiere will see Rani Mukerji reprise her role as fearless police officer Shivani Shivaji Roy, a character that has established the Mardaani franchise as one of Indian cinema’s recognised female-led cop series.
Produced by Yash Raj Films, Mardaani 3 combines a crime narrative with a socially relevant storyline, highlighting the growing threat of crimes against children and the need for greater safety, awareness and accountability.
The film’s established franchise appeal, strong central character and socially relevant theme have attracted advertisers from multiple consumer categories. The partnerships also underline advertiser interest in marquee television premieres that offer an opportunity to reach family audiences and drive conversations beyond the film.

Commenting on the partnerships, Akshay Agrawal, Head – Linear Ad Sales, Sony Pictures Networks India, said, “Mardaani has built a strong identity over the years, led by a character audiences recognise and respect. The World Television Premiere of Mardaani 3 gives brands the opportunity to associate with a popular film franchise and an important story during the Independence Day weekend. We are delighted to welcome L’Oréal Paris, Bournvita, Figaro, ENO and SML as partners for the premiere.”
The World Television Premiere of Mardaani 3 will air on Sony MAX on August 16 at 8 PM.
