Bengaluru: Stovekraft Limited, the kitchen and home appliances company behind the Pigeon brand, has launched its Onam campaign, ‘Pigeon Onam Combotsavam’, featuring Malayalam actress, lyricist and YouTuber Pearle Maaney as the campaign’s ‘Combo Rani’.
The festive campaign celebrates the idea of combinations that are integral to Onam celebrations in Kerala, while highlighting curated cookware and kitchen appliance combos offered by Pigeon during the festival season.
The campaign draws inspiration from popular combinations associated with Malayali households, including chai and parippu vada, kasavu saree and mallipoo, puttu and kadala curry, as well as families coming together for the traditional Onasadya.
Pearle Maaney, who is known for her work as an actress, content creator and lifestyle personality, features as the ‘Combo Rani’ in the campaign. The campaign positions her as a representation of contemporary Malayali families and their connection with food, cooking, family gatherings and festive traditions.
