Mumbai: Suryoday Small Finance Bank (Suryoday SFB) has appointed Alok Pathak as Chief Risk Officer-Designate, strengthening its leadership team as the bank continues to scale its operations and build its institutional capabilities.
Pathak brings over 27 years of experience across risk, governance, strategy and business functions. His professional experience spans microfinance, retail assets, trade finance, treasury and corporate banking.
During his career, Pathak has worked with banking and financial institutions including Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, Axis Bank, SBM Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce.
In his new role, Pathak will contribute to strengthening Suryoday SFB’s risk management and governance framework, with a focus on supporting the bank’s growth while maintaining a resilient and disciplined operating environment.
