New Delhi: Chrome DM’s latest Opportunity to See (OTS) report for Week 33’26, covering August 15 to 21, highlights the distribution reach and availability of Hindi and English news channels across TV households in India.
In the Hindi news segment, Times Now Navbharat recorded the highest OTS at 98.24%, followed by Zee News at 98.20%, Aaj Tak at 98.02%, News18 India at 96.29% and ABP News at 96.05%.
Among English news channels, Republic TV led with an OTS of 94.41%, followed by RT News at 81.62%, CNN News 18 at 77.34%, India Today at 71.56% and Mirror Now at 65.71%.
The report provides insights into channel distribution and accessibility, helping broadcasters, advertisers and other industry stakeholders assess their market presence and identify opportunities for network expansion and distribution planning.
According to Chrome DM, OTS refers to the percentage of connectivity or availability of a channel across TV households, factoring in the off-take of packages across all reported distribution platforms in India.
