New Delhi: Vi has unveiled a refreshed brand identity, evolving its signature visual particle into a dynamic 3D sphere, signalling what the company describes as a more optimistic and future-focused phase for the brand.
The refreshed visual identity moves the sphere to the top, compared to its earlier placement. With a rounder, fuller and more dynamic form, the new identity is intended to represent Vi’s optimism and the possibilities it sees ahead. The 3D treatment builds on an existing brand asset that customers already recognise while adding greater depth and movement.
The brand has also brought on board Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan as the face of its upcoming campaign, ‘Vi badal raha hai… tayaar rahiye’, teasing a larger transformation that Vi plans to unveil in the coming weeks.
Shah Rukh Khan’s association is positioned as a reflection of the energy, ambition and optimism that Vi aims to bring to its next phase. The campaign has been designed as a teaser to build anticipation among customers around the brand’s upcoming launches, campaigns and experiences.

Speaking on the new brand identity, Abhijit Kishore, CEO, Vi commented, “This is not simply a logo refresh, it is the first expression of the evolution we are bringing to the Vi Brand. It reflects our ambition for Vi and commitment to shaping what telecom can be – an experience that makes life more rewarding, and full of possibilities for our customers.”
“Over the coming weeks, this evolution will come alive with strategic launches, new campaigns and a range of experiences that will shape how we engage with our customers. The new identity captures optimism—an optimism for everything that is possible today, more importantly for what we can bring to both; our retail customers and enterprises in the future as a tech co.” he added.
At the core of the refresh is Vi’s stated ambition to evolve from a telecom provider into a partner that creates meaningful consumer experiences, with connectivity continuing to serve as the backbone. The company said the refresh also builds on its existing strengths, including its heritage, innovative offerings, brand trust and customer experience philosophy.
Vi said it is positioning itself as a future-ready brand, supported by network expansion, innovation-led offerings and its “Employee First, Customer Always, Experience is Everything” approach. The company added that improving business performance and consumer engagement are helping build renewed confidence in the brand.
The new identity will be rolled out progressively across Vi’s consumer touchpoints, digital platforms, retail presence and communications from September 1.
