Addressing this need, 0101.Today, a marketing and martech-focused consulting and solutions firm, has launched GenZ Martech Circle, a community-led initiative designed for Gen Z and early-career professionals across marketing, growth, CRM, product, data, and technology.
While early-career marketers are actively managing campaigns, analysing data, and driving experimentation within organisations, most industry forums continue to be dominated by senior-led narratives, keynote sessions, and curated case studies. This has created a lack of neutral, peer-led spaces where young practitioners can openly exchange ideas and discuss real, on-ground challenges.
GenZ Martech Circle aims to bridge this gap by creating a platform built on participation and open conversation, where the focus remains on shared experiences and practical learning rather than formal presentations or top down perspectives. The platform is intentionally designed as a no-selling, no-pitch, no-promotion space, where conversations are led by practitioners rather than senior speakers, ensuring the focus remains on real work, real challenges, and honest discussion. The initiative emphasises discussion-driven interactions where real work, real challenges and everyday insights take centre stage.
