The company has appointed Niroopa Padmanabhan as Chief Design Officer, Prashant Nair as Director – Sales, Bindu Nambiar as General Manager – Account Management & Alliances, and Tarun Dhawan as General Manager – Sales & Leasing. Niroopa Padmanabhan brings nearly two decades of experience in design leadership and workplace strategy. In her new role, she will lead the design strategy and execution across locations, focusing on design-build planning and implementation to create workspaces that blend functionality with aesthetics.
Prashant Nair, with over 19 years of experience in commercial leasing and strategic growth, joins as Director – Sales. His expertise in handling Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and delivering customised office solutions will further strengthen the company’s B2B outreach and leasing operations.
Bindu Nambiar brings two decades of sales and marketing experience across reputed media and lifestyle brands. She joins as General Manager – Account Management & Alliances and will focus on enhancing member retention, engagement, and strategic collaborations.
Tarun Dhawan, who takes on the role of General Manager – Sales & Leasing, has over 15 years of experience in flexible workspace, leasing, and managed office solutions. He has held key roles at organizations such as WeWork, Lodha Group, and CBRE, and will drive leasing strategies and occupancy growth across 91Springboard’s network.
