New Delhi: Discovery Kids, animation channel from Discovery Communications India, will bring the biggest party of the year in style. The movie bonanza titled ‘Discovery Kids Christmas Party’ will feature great characters and blockbuster movies such as Angry Birds, Arthur Christmas, Smurfs 1 and 2, Monster House along with other hot favourite titles, starting December 22 to January 1, 2018.

Discovery Kids viewers can celebrate the magic of Christmas with the premiere of the movie, Arthur Christmas, on 25th December at 1:30 PM. The story revolves around Santa’s clumsy son, Arthur who goes out on a mission with St. Nick to give a present to a young girl within a short span of two hours that they had misplaced earlier. There’s also Monster House, an animated horror movie that will be aired for the first time on the channel on 26th December afternoon. The film is about three children who discover that a neighbour’s house is a living, breathing monster. This comically frightful tale will be a delightful treat for the kids this winter.
The Angry Birds movie will premiere on 31st December as a New Year special treat to kids. The movie showcases how the happy flightless birds get angry when the mysterious green piggies come to their island. The angry birds will try to find the reason behind their visit.
The Christmas and New year celebrations on Discovery Kids starting from 22nd December 2017 and goes up to 1st January 2018.
