Hyderabad: Star India’s Telugu GEC Star Maa is gearing up for the launch of the popular reality show, Bigg Boss Telugu season 2. While the channel is yet to announce the date, it is likely to take place in third week of June 2018.
Popular Telugu actor Jr NTR hosted BiggBoss Telugu debut season, after the success of season 1, the channel is looking for BBT season 2. The channel and the Production house Endemol Shine India has initiated the process of identifying the new set of 14 member contestants who will be occupying the BiggBoss House during the second season.
It seems the actor Jr NTR has consented to continue his relationship with Star Maa for the next season of BiggBoss Telugu format also.
Sources reveal that the Channel and Endemol Shine India are working closely on the audition of Contestants for BiggBoss Telugu season 2 as the feedback from the first season exposed the fact that the choice of contestants in the first season was not up to the mark and they were not able to carry the show during weekdays in the absence of BiggBossJr NTR that resulted in BiggBoss Telugu witnessing the trend of good viewership numbers in the weekends whereas the same dropping down more than 100% during the weekdays when the episodes deals with the daily happening inside the BiggBoss House was aired.
