CP Mohan is a development finance professional with 40 years of experience in grassroots to policy level positions across public, private, cooperative, and multilateral institutions. He had been associated with institutions like GCMMF, NABARD, College of Agriculture Banking of RBI, NABFINS, etc. along with international organizations like World Bank Group, FAO of the United Nations, and UNDP as a technical specialist in Rural Finance, Post Disaster Needs Assessment, Livelihood projects, etc. He has served on Boards of several development institutions and Regional Rural Banks.
Mohan is an expert faculty for Interview and Career Guidance with over decades of experience. With this newest addition, ixamBee aims to strengthen its leadership team and provide career guidance to 5 million students preparing for various government/bank and other competitive exams.

Mohan has traveled very extensively in India and abroad and has studied agri-value chains, banking correspondent models, rural finance, development projects, etc., in Europe, Africa, South America, and Asia. He considers the teachings of Dr. Verghese Kurien and the concept of IRMA as sources of inspiration to walk the extra mile in his endeavors. He is a Post Graduate in Rural Management from IRMA and holds B.Sc. (Agri & AH) from G B Pant University for Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. He is also a member of the Chartered Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
