Mumbai: Titan Smart Wearables has launched ‘Take 11’, a thought-provoking campaign that sheds light on the often-overlooked yet vital role of sleep in women’s well-being. Timed around International Women’s Day and World Sleep Day, the campaign is built on a powerful insight—women need just 11 extra minutes of sleep to enhance focus, presence, and overall well-being.

The campaign film follows the life of a woman whose mind never truly ‘clocks out,’ constantly multitasking, making decisions, and caring for those around her. Even after her day ends, her thoughts remain in motion. The narrative takes an emotional turn as she reclaims her essential 11 minutes of sleep, a small but impactful act of self-care. Set to the legendary Titan symphony, the film creates a deep emotional resonance, encouraging women to prioritize their wellness.

Speaking on the launch, Seenivasan Krishnamurthy, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, Titan Smart Wearables Division, said, “‘Take 11’ emphasizes how the smallest, seemingly unimportant changes can have a significant impact. It taps into a simple yet powerful insight: women need extra sleep to function at their best. This campaign aligns with Titan’s approach to creating thoughtful technology addressing real needs.”

Rooted in compelling research by the Sleep Foundation, the campaign reinforces Titan Smart’s commitment to well-being and inclusivity. In a world where women often put others before themselves, ‘Take 11’ delivers a simple yet profound message—small acts of self-care, like an extra 11 minutes of sleep, can refresh the mind, enhance cognitive function, and help reclaim control of the day.
