Mumbai: Strengthening its leadership bench to sharpen client focus and drive innovation-led growth, Performics India, a part of Publicis Groupe India, has announced the elevation of Cyrus Shroff and Shweta Shroff as Chief Client Officer and Chief Product Officer respectively.

Both leaders will operate from the agency’s Mumbai office and continue to report to Gautam Surath, Chief Operating Officer, Performics India. These appointments are aligned with the agency’s strategic focus on deepening client impact, accelerating performance-led innovation, and reinforcing its position as one of India’s largest performance marketing agencies.

“At Performics India, our focus has always been on driving impactful business outcomes for our clients, enabled by innovation, agility, and a deep understanding of their evolving needs,” said Lalatendu Das, CEO, Publicis Media South Asia. “Cyrus and Shweta bring exceptional domain knowledge and a sharp focus on delivering cutting-edge, scalable solutions. Their elevation strengthens our ability to create intelligent, future-ready performance strategies and marks an important step forward in our ambition to be the most outcome-driven partner for our clients.”

In his new role as Chief Client Officer, Cyrus Shroff will lead all industry verticals at Performics India, including CPG, BFSI, FinTech, Gaming, OTT, Telecom, Travel, Hospitality, and Logistics. His mandate includes close collaboration with client CXOs to address growth priorities and business challenges through data-driven, outcome-focused strategies.

Commenting on his elevation, Cyrus said, “At Performics, we remain laser-focused on accelerating business growth for our clients. Our robust structure has long been a competitive advantage, and we’re now transforming it to become even stronger growth partners. By sharpening domain expertise across teams, we’re not just understanding industries better—we’re co-solving complex business challenges, unlocking new value, and delivering purpose-built solutions designed to scale.”

As Chief Product Officer, Shweta Shroff will helm the agency’s Centre of Excellence and spearhead the evolution of its future-ready performance solutions. With AI embedded across the agency’s product ecosystem, Shweta’s focus will be on enhancing product innovation, intelligent systems, and scalable frameworks to sharpen the agency’s competitive edge.

“Today, Performance marketing is being redefined,” said Shweta. “As some paths become obsolete, new opportunities are emerging rapidly. Our focus is to stay ahead by continuously evolving how we operate, integrating intelligence, agility, and precision into everything we do. This role is about future-proofing our approach and unlocking smarter growth.”

Shweta previously led the agency’s CPG vertical and Creative team, playing a pivotal role in acquiring and retaining marquee CPG clients in the performance and e-commerce space.

These leadership movements come at a critical juncture when consumer journeys are increasingly fragmented and non-linear.
