Mumbai: MediBuddy, a digital healthcare platform, has rolled out a witty and thought-provoking monsoon campaign titled #RainingHealthyHabits, aimed at reframing the conversation around seasonal illnesses and promoting preventive care as the first line of defence.
Told from the unique perspective of a disgruntled office virus, the campaign cleverly spotlights how workplace culture is changing—with employees now embracing everyday acts of self-care and wellness. As monsoon brings relief from the heat but also a surge in viral infections and hygiene-related issues, MediBuddy’s campaign urges individuals and organisations to proactively focus on health and prevention.
“Monsoon has historically been a season of recurring illnesses, yet preventive care remains an overlooked part of the health conversation in India. With most people still turning to treatment after falling sick, our aim is to shift the narrative. Through our Monsoon Health Fest, we are urging people to stay one step ahead by embracing preventive care as a habit, not an afterthought. A little preparedness today can go a long way in keeping the monsoon virus at bay,” said Manu Sankar Das, Head of Brand Marketing at MediBuddy.
The campaign encourages timely health checkups, daily immunity-building practices, monsoon-specific hygiene routines, and awareness of early symptoms as smart strategies to stay healthy. With a message of resilience, it positions MediBuddy as a digital partner in everyday health management, especially during high-risk seasons.
Conceptualised and produced by MediBuddy’s in-house creative team, the campaign film is 1 minute 35 seconds long and is being promoted across major digital channels and social media platforms.
As part of the broader Monsoon Health Fest, MediBuddy invites users to act early, stay informed, and make preventive care a habit—rain or shine.
