Coimbatore: Coimbatore-based real estate developer Adissia has announced a major strategic push to expand across Tamil Nadu, appointing actor Trisha Krishnan as its brand ambassador. Known for its stronghold in plotted development, Adissia is now taking its vision of trust and transformation to semi-urban and rural markets, aiming to reshape real estate beyond metro boundaries.
In a landmark announcement, Trisha Krishnan joins Adissia as the first-ever national icon to represent a Coimbatore-origin real estate brand. Her deep connection to Tamil culture and pan-India appeal are seen as a perfect match for Adissia’s mission to bring credibility, aspiration, and access to housing across the state.
“Adissia represents the quiet strength of Tamil Nadu — deeply rooted, aspirational, and forward-looking. I’m proud to be part of a movement that’s not just building projects, but shaping communities,” said Trisha Krishnan, commenting on the partnership.
The company also launched its first-of-its-kind customer app – Adissia One, offering a seamless, transparent platform for customers to manage property details. This tech-forward approach is paired with the unveiling of three new plotted communities — Eco Valley, One World, and Address 2.0 — each designed to blend modern amenities with affordability and inclusion.
Speaking on Adissia’s growth plans, M V Manikandan, Founder & Managing Director, Adissia Developers Pvt. Ltd., shared, “Real change doesn’t happen in boardrooms — it happens in small towns, in villages, in places that deserve more. Adissia is about bridging that gap. We are building not just for today, but for the Tamil Nadu of tomorrow — where growth is shared, and no place is left behind. We are very happy to onboard Trisha as our brand face as we set to work towards achieving ₹1000 crore revenue in two years.”
With projects lined up in Trichy, Madurai, and Tirunelveli, and further developments in Neelambur, Pichanur, Kalapatti, Sulur, and Kovaipudur, Adissia is on a mission to democratize access to high-quality real estate in underserved regions. The company aims to reach ₹1000 crore in revenue within two years and is planning to be IPO-ready within the next decade.
As it expands its project footprint, Adissia is also strengthening its internal teams — scaling from 250 to over 500 professionals in the near term — ensuring operational excellence as it enters new markets.
Rooted in Coimbatore and reaching across Tamil Nadu, Adissia is setting a new benchmark for regional real estate development, proving that a homegrown brand with heart can lead the next chapter of inclusive growth.
