MUMBAI: In a recent strategic move to intensify the brand’s integrated marketing practices, Ajmera Realty & Infra India has onboarded Trusha Seth as the General Manager – Group Marketing.
In this new role, Seth will spearhead all marketing strategies, activities, and campaigns, with the overarching goal of delivering stellar brand and product resonance along with recall value among stakeholders. Widely recognized for her thought leadership and ability to align marketing goals with business objectives, Trusha’s appointment is expected to bring fresh energy and strategic direction to Ajmera Group’s evolving narrative in the Indian real estate sector.
With over 18 years of experience in serving brands in the Indian real estate landscape, along with retail and hospitality, she brings along a strong fusion of creativity, performance-driven strategy, and digital acumen that enables and empowers holistic brand growth through tailor-made strategies.
Prior to this, she served as a deputy GM, marketing Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, where she led marketing efforts for flagship developments in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru under the entities including SPRE and SD Corp. Earlier than this, her stint as an Assistant General Manager of Marketing at Viceroy Properties involved her marketing acumen behind driving the brand’s visibility as well sales.
At Ajmera Realty, she will be in charge of group-level brand strategy, digitalisation, customer engagements, and marketing communications. Her joining is an indication of the Group’s intent to reimagine its brand voice, expand presence in key markets, and amplify digital solutions for performance-driven growth.
