Mumbai: BBDO India has announced the promotion of Shruthi Subramaniam to the role of Executive Creative Director – Mumbai. With over 14 years of industry experience, Shruthi brings a dynamic blend of creative prowess and strategic thinking to her expanded leadership position.
At BBDO India, Shruthi has been the creative force behind award-winning campaigns for marquee global brands including WhatsApp, Bumble, and Neutrogena. Her portfolio also spans impactful work for renowned clients such as Unilever and Mercedes-Benz — campaigns that have not only delivered results but also made cultural waves. Most recently, she was honoured with a prestigious CLIO Music Award, placing her alongside global icons like Harry Styles and Ozzy Osbourne — a testament to her creative resonance on a global scale.
In her new role, Shruthi will be a part of BBDO India’s core leadership team, contributing to the agency’s overall creative direction, leading key client partnerships, and nurturing the next generation of creative talent. She will focus on pushing the envelope of both storytelling and “story-doing,” while fostering a culture of innovative, purposeful work.
