Gurugram: Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has announced the launch of its enhanced online car buying platform ‘Click to Buy 2.0’, designed to deliver a smarter, faster, and more personalized digital retail experience for customers.

Building on the success of the original Click to Buy 1.0—an end-to-end online retail platform for hassle-free and digitally empowered car buying—the upgraded version offers a mobile-optimized interface, industry-first voice search, personalized car recommendations, advanced finance tools, and a comprehensive car comparison feature. The platform allows customers to explore, configure, book, finance, and even pay for their Hyundai car, seamlessly integrating digital and physical journeys.

Commenting on the launch, Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer, HMIL, said, “At Hyundai Motor India, we’ve always believed that buying a car should be as intuitive and empowering as driving one. With Click to Buy 2.0, we are not just upgrading a digital platform – we are transforming the entire car buying experience. This next-gen platform sets new benchmarks in digital retail with industry-first features like voice search, and evolved algorithm led personalized car recommendations and instant loan eligibility checks. It is fully mobile-optimized and designed to simplify decision-making, giving customers complete control from browsing to booking, financing and beyond. By seamlessly integrating the physical and digital journey, Click to Buy 2.0 delivers a smarter, faster and more confident way to buy your favorite Hyundai cars – anytime, anywhere.”

Key Highlights of Click to Buy 2.0

  • Industry-First Voice Search: Customers can use commands such as “Book Hyundai CRETA” or “Check Finance” for seamless navigation.
  • Instant Loan Eligibility Check: Access loan offers from 12 leading banks and NBFCs in a few steps with zero paperwork.
  • Personalized Car Recommendations: The platform suggests the top 3 variants based on preferences like budget, efficiency, and features from Hyundai’s lineup of 200+ variants.
  • Comprehensive Car Compare: Compare up to 3 variants across different models side-by-side to make informed choices.

Phygital Buying Experience

‘Click to Buy 2.0’ blends digital convenience with showroom support, allowing customers to:

  • Configure models, variants, and pricing with applicable offers.
  • Book test drives with preferred dealers.
  • Apply for finance, upload KYC documents, and track loan status online.
  • Secure bookings and make payments digitally.

Selections made at physical dealerships can be instantly synced with the customer’s Click to Buy 2.0 account, ensuring a truly unified phygital experience.
