New York: The One Club for Creativity has released its 2025 Global Creative Rankings, once again crowning FCB at the top of the global creative industry. Marking its final year as an agency brand, FCB secured the position of Global Agency of the Year through FCB New York, while also being named Agency Network of the Year—both honours for the third consecutive year.
The annual Global Creative Rankings serve as one of the industry’s most comprehensive benchmarks of creative excellence across advertising, design, and craft. The report is free to view and is based on a transparent, weighted points system that evaluates performance across major global award shows including The One Show, ADC Annual Awards, and the Type Directors Club’s TDC competition. Rankings also factor in results from regional programs such as the ONE Asia Creative Awards and ADCE Creative Awards, national competitions hosted by ADCE member clubs, and local shows organised by The One Club’s US chapters.
In the Global Agency Rankings, FCB New York topped the list, followed by Klick Health Toronto and Serviceplan Germany Munich. Area 23 New York and TBWA\Media Arts Lab Los Angeles rounded out the top five, with strong showings from agencies across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
In the Global Independent Agency Rankings, Klick Health Toronto emerged as the top-ranked independent agency, followed by Serviceplan Germany Munich and Playmakers Tbilisi. The rankings also highlighted the growing global footprint of independent creative firms across Europe and Latin America.
Beyond agency rankings, the report recognised leading firms, brands, and individuals across multiple categories. The New York Times Magazine New York was named Design Firm of the Year, while Squarespace New York earned Brand-Side Agency of the Year. Spotify was awarded Brand of the Year, with AB InBev recognised as Brand Parent Company of the Year. FCB New York’s work “Spreadbeats” for Spotify was named the Highest Ranked Work, and Danilo Boer, Global Creative Partner at FCB Global, was honoured as Creative of the Year.
The rankings also highlighted global leadership across geographies, with the United States, Canada, and Germany leading the country rankings, and North America topping the global regional rankings. Regionally, Ogilvy Singapore was named APAC Agency of the Year, Serviceplan Germany Munich led Europe, DM9 São Paulo topped Latin America, Impact BBDO Dubai led the Middle East & Africa, and FCB New York was named North America Agency of the Year.

Reflecting on the rankings, Kevin Swanepoel, CEO, The One Club for Creativity, said, “Our annual Global Creative Rankings and Global College Creative Rankings are free to view and built on a fully open methodology, with no secret weightings or hidden formulas. They provide the clearest and most comprehensive picture of the ideas, agencies and brands that are truly leading the industry, from local markets to the global stage.”
The report also featured the Global College Creative Rankings, with Berghs School of Communication Stockholm taking the top position, followed by ArtCenter College of Design Pasadena and Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg Ludwigsburg, underscoring the role of academic institutions in shaping the next generation of creative leaders.
The One Club for Creativity is a global non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting and celebrating the creative community worldwide.
