Mumbai: Galderma India has announced the appointment of Geetika Saxena as Head of Digital Strategy, reinforcing the company’s focus on building a future-first, digitally driven dermatology brand in India.
Geetika brings over 15 years of experience across FMCG and consumer businesses, with deep expertise in digital transformation, performance marketing, D2C, e-commerce, and media strategy. In her new role, she will spearhead Galderma India’s digital roadmap, placing digital at the core of brand building, innovation, and consumer engagement.
Prior to joining Galderma India, Geetika held leadership roles with several global brands. Most recently, at The LEGO Group, she led full-funnel strategies across paid, owned, earned, and shared media for India and Emerging Asia. Her responsibilities included driving media planning, performance marketing, and advocacy, while also spearheading multi-market D2C and quick-commerce initiatives. Her work delivered strong brand lift and consideration metrics and built high-performing acquisition and conversion funnels across e-commerce and emerging digital platforms.

In her expanded mandate, Geetika will lead insight-led digital strategies, product and consumer innovation, and capability building across the organisation. Galderma India is also strengthening its digital talent ecosystem and platforms as part of its long-term transformation agenda, doubling down on investments in people, processes, and technology.
Galderma, the Swiss-based dermatology leader, continues to invest in science-backed, dermatologist-recommended skincare solutions for Indian consumers across key categories including baby care, hyper-pigmentation, moisturisation, and acne. As part of its brand-building efforts in India, the company recently onboarded Rohit Sharma as brand ambassador for its Cetaphil Baby range and Sara Tendulkar for its Salicylic Acid range—reinforcing its focus on trust, credibility, and consumer relevance.
