Milan: LePub has announced the appointment of Sven Huberts as Global President, marking a significant step in the agency’s next phase of international expansion and operating model evolution.
Following five years of rapid growth, LePub is accelerating its global ambitions with Huberts’ appointment. Founded in Amsterdam in 2020, the creative network now operates 10 hubs across nine markets, including recent expansions into London, New York and Bogotá. Huberts will focus on scaling LePub’s connected creative engine, integrating data, culture and technology to deliver measurable business impact for brands.
With more than two decades of experience in brand and experience transformation, Huberts is recognised as a global innovation leader with a track record of shaping strategic direction and driving growth at scale. In his new role, he will oversee LePub’s global go-to-market strategy, operations and further international expansion. His appointment reinforces the agency’s leadership structure and supports the implementation of a more advanced and integrated operating model.
Under Huberts’ leadership, LePub aims to evolve into a fully connected creative agency where data, culture, technology and AI operate as a unified system to drive sustained client growth. The model is anchored by proprietary platforms such as LePub’s Data & Culture Lab and amplified by the broader capabilities of Publicis Groupe, including its data and agentic technology infrastructure.

Huberts joins LePub from Dentsu, where he most recently served as President of Global Innovation & Experience and President of Dentsu Lab. He previously held the role of EMEA President, Experience at Dentsu Creative, overseeing growth and experience-led work across the region, and earlier served in senior leadership positions at Isobar. He also co-founded mobile agency Marvellous.
