Saudi Arabia: flynas, Saudi Arabia’s leading low-cost carrier, has launched ‘Find My View’—an intelligent AI-powered seat selector designed to transform how passengers choose their seats and experience their journey.

Moving beyond the traditional focus on destination, flynas is reimagining the flight itself. With ‘Find My View’, travellers can select seats based not just on location within the aircraft, but on the view they wish to experience—from cloud-hugging mountain ranges and coastline flyovers to golden-hour skylines and world-famous landmarks.

Developed in partnership with VML Riyadh, the solution is positioned as the world’s first intelligent, AI-driven seat selector. Leveraging advanced machine learning and predictive AI models, the system analyses flynas’ flight paths across its network to identify iconic views visible from each side of the aircraft. Landmarks, coastlines, mountain ranges, and sunrise or sunset moments are calculated using variables such as flight time, direction, and weather conditions.

For passengers, the experience remains intuitive and seamless. Travellers can browse authentic photos captured by previous passengers from specific routes, creating a living gallery of real views and real moments. The feature introduces a review-driven discovery layer into seat selection, allowing customers to visualise and choose their in-flight perspective before departure.

The engagement continues after take-off, as window seats become storytelling platforms, encouraging passengers to capture and share their experiences. The initiative reinforces flynas’ positioning that memorable journeys do not require premium pricing and that innovation can elevate even the most functional aspects of travel.

“‘Find My View’ completely redefines what it means to choose a seat on a plane,” said Yara AlMashharawi, Head of Marketing and Branding, flynas. “Instead of hoping you picked the right side of the aircraft, you deliberately choose the view you want, powered by AI. For a low-cost carrier to give passengers that level of control, personalisation and in-flight spectacle is a radical shift.”

In a short span, flynas reports strong organic traction, with passengers sharing striking aerial imagery across social media platforms, effectively becoming brand advocates and amplifying destination visibility.

The airline operates services to key Indian hubs including New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Lucknow, and Calicut, offering direct connectivity to multiple destinations in Saudi Arabia. With ‘Find My View’, flynas underscores its ambition to position the journey itself as a curated, shareable experience—where every window seat becomes the world’s best show.
