New Delhi: Growster, an NCR-based independent creative agency, has completed a large-scale performance creative production mandate for fashion jewellery brand Rubans, developing an extensive library of digital advertising assets to support the brand’s always-on performance marketing strategy.
The project involved conceptualising and producing a high-volume collection of performance creatives across Rubans’ Demi Fine, 925 Silver and Ethnic jewellery portfolios. Designed for Meta and other digital platforms, the creative assets aim to strengthen the brand’s customer acquisition efforts while maintaining a consistent premium identity across product categories.
The mandate comes as Rubans, which gained national recognition through Shark Tank India and is now part of the One Guardian Group backed by Ananta Capital, enters its next phase of growth.
Under the engagement, Growster handled the entire creative production process—from concept development to final execution—creating a scalable content library that can serve as a long-term asset for Rubans’ digital advertising initiatives.
The agency said the creative strategy focused on combining premium visual storytelling with the speed, consistency and flexibility required for modern performance marketing, enabling the brand to continuously optimise campaigns across multiple product segments.

Commenting on the successful completion of the mandate, Harshit Arora, CEO and Creative Director, Growster, said, “Every new brand gives us a new puzzle to solve. We love getting under the hood, understanding the category, breaking down what’s already out there and figuring out where we can add our own perspective. That’s exactly how our partnership with Rubans started. We knew that in today’s performance landscape, success isn’t about finding one winning ad, it’s about building a creative engine that can keep learning and evolving. That’s what we set out to build for Rubans, and it was incredibly rewarding to see it come together.”
Reflecting on the collaboration, Niharika Tapuriah, Brand Head, Rubans, commented, “Jewellery as a category has been on the rise in India and with quick commerce growing, customer behaviour towards the category has been worth noting. At Rubans, we believe jewellery is more than just an adornment, it is a form of expression. As we look to grow, Rubans into a one stop solution for jewellery of all kinds- ethnic, western, silver, and Demi fine: this partnership with Growster came in at a moment where we were growing our creative landscape, finding new experimental grounds, figuring what works best on the performance- with team that can encapsulate both creative and analytical capabilities.”
Growster has been expanding its presence across the fashion, lifestyle and D2C sectors, offering services spanning social media, performance marketing and ad film production for consumer brands at various stages of growth.
The collaboration also reflects a broader evolution in digital advertising, where brands are increasingly shifting from campaign-led creative production to always-on, data-driven creative systems that enable continuous experimentation, faster optimisation and sustained customer acquisition.
