Mumbai: Jaro Education, a listed player in India’s online higher education and upskilling sector, has launched its pan-India #GrowWithJaro campaign as it celebrates 17 years of operations. Rolled out on Jaro Day, the 360-degree campaign spotlights stories of professional growth, lifelong learning and career transformation, while recognising the learners, academic partners and institutions that have contributed to the company’s journey.
The company said it has enabled more than 3.5 lakh learners to advance their careers through collaborations with 33-plus universities and institutions, reinforcing its position in the higher education and professional upskilling space.
According to Jaro Education, the professional learning landscape in India has evolved from conventional career advancement programmes to continuous, outcome-focused learning, driven by rapid digital transformation, changing workforce expectations and the growing demand for future-ready skills.
Over the past 17 years, the company said its growth has been supported by a strong ecosystem of learners, academic partners and employees. Alongside facilitating learning journeys for over 3.5 lakh professionals, Jaro Education highlighted its focus on workplace diversity, noting that women account for 49% of its workforce, with several key business functions led by women.
The milestone also follows a period of strong financial performance, with the company reporting a 342% growth in profit after tax (PAT) over the past three years.
“Seventeen years ago, we set out with a simple belief: that learning should never stop at a degree, and that career growth should be accessible to every working professional in India, regardless of which city they live in. Today, as we look at the 3.5 lakh-plus learners who have grown with us, from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities to corner offices across the country, we are reminded that this milestone belongs to them. #GrowWithJaro is our way of celebrating every one of those journeys,” said Dr. Sanjay Salunkhe, Founder of Jaro Education.
Built around the insight that career growth is increasingly non-linear, the #GrowWithJaro campaign seeks to showcase how continuous learning enables professionals to adapt to changing industry demands, reinvent their careers and unlock new opportunities. Through learner stories, digital storytelling and community-led engagement, the campaign aims to celebrate individuals who have embraced lifelong learning throughout their professional journeys.
Over nearly two decades, Jaro Education has partnered with several leading academic institutions, including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Mumbai, IIM Indore, IIM Nagpur, IIM Tiruchirappalli, XLRI, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras Pravartak, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, MIT IDSS and Symbiosis International University, among others, to offer industry-focused programmes across management, technology, artificial intelligence, data science and other emerging fields.
“India’s workforce is at an inflection point. Professionals today are not just looking to reskill, they are looking to future-proof their careers in a world being reshaped by AI and automation,” said Ranjita Raman, CEO of Jaro Education. “Our focus for the next phase of growth is to make that transformation accessible well beyond the metros, and #GrowWithJaro reflects that commitment to every learner, in every city, at every stage of their career.”
