Mumbai: Baishali Chatterjee has joined Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios as Head of Communications – India, marking her return to an in-house leadership role after serving as an independent content and communications consultant.
Announcing the appointment on LinkedIn, Chatterjee wrote, “Incredibly excited and grateful to share that I’ve joined Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios as Head of Communications, India. Prior to joining Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios, Chatterjee worked as an Independent Content & Communications Consultant. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles across communications, media and content with organisations including MSL Group India, Worldwide Media Ltd (Femina), Fork Media, Spenta Multimedia, Black Balloon Films, and Digital Media Convergence Limited, Zee Network.
She began her career as a Web Content Writer at Digital Media Convergence Limited, Zee Network, in 2007.
With nearly 18 years of experience spanning brand communications, public relations, content strategy, digital marketing and journalism, Chatterjee has led integrated communications and brand storytelling initiatives for companies including Netflix India, Vogue India, Lakmé Salon, Audible India and Flipkart. Her expertise includes building brand narratives, executing high-impact campaigns, enhancing media visibility, driving audience engagement and supporting business growth.
