ace turtle, a technology-driven retail company, announced the appointment of Amit Kriplani and Punit Aggarwal as their Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Amit Kriplani brings over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, having held various leadership positions at top technology companies such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Simplilearn and ace turtle. He has expertise in leading large teams and delivering multi-million-dollar software and web projects. In his current stint at ace turtle, he will be responsible for heading the engineering function and building innovative technology solutions to scale the businesses of its Brands portfolio – Lee, Wrangler, Toys ”R” Us and Babies ”R” Us.
Punit Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining ace turtle, Punit was Director of Finance at Flipkart. He has also worked at Ola, Cisco, Adobe, GE and Vodafone. At ace turtle, Punit will head the finance function and oversee all financial, regulatory and investor relations activities.

Ace turtle has transitioned from a retail SaaS company to a technology-driven retail company. The company has realigned its business to focus on the Licensed Brands vertical and scale them across the country. It will add more international fashion and lifestyle brands to its portfolio soon.
