Whether it’s good or bad, nothing lasts forever. We have always believed that in your toughest time either you make or break. The pandemic has taught several lessons. It acted as a catalyst for reimagining the way we want to shape our path ahead. A fateful two years have passed, and it has taught us the value of family, friends and revisited the fighting spirit that humankind has unanimously shown in these difficult times. The month of January is a gateway to a New Year, and everyone is looking forward to 2022 with hopes that it will usher in recovery and recreate the cherished old days. But having said, a lot depends on the Covid-19 situation, and it should not be ignored at any cost.
There are many take away from the previous year to which we are grateful. With the year 2022, Grapes will be in its new avatar, which is more committed to delivering the best work to its clients. Also, I am deeply humbled that so many brands have trusted us and given us the responsibility. With that in mind, let’s enumerate how Grapes will spearhead the dynamic evolution in 2022.
People, People and People first
In today’s time, the pivotal aspect for any company to reach new horizons of success is to have the strength and back of their employees. Despite the hurdles coming in the way, we sailed through the difficult times, we have witnessed great success, and all this happened due to the combined effort of teamwork. At Grapes, we value result-oriented leadership, but at the same time also retain our talented staff because they are our biggest asset in the workforce, and it is foremost to keep them motivated to do their absolute best.
Strengthening Middle and Top Management leadership to create a decentralised structure
Despite the Covid-19 menace, we witnessed great success, and the revenue of this year has already surpassed the previous year. This stimulates positive growth that is indicative of great strength. This year, there are some structural changes planned. We are trying to build a new culture, revolutionize it and set the culture of success from the bottom to the top-down approach. The goal of every employee is to appropriately and efficiently think, teach, acquire insight, and develop an overall leadership system that is in favour of the company and takes us to unclaimed heights. Our objective this year is to focus and strengthen our middle and top management, so they are also part of the strategic planning and execution of the company’s vision and strategy. I firmly believe that taking this step will motivate them and impart a sense of responsibility that will assist them in leaping.
Acquire more Account Mandates
The coming year will see a much better focus on the new business front. In the last few months, we have bagged multiple accounts and we are in the process of acquiring more clients in the coming time. We are on a journey to an amazing year of record-breaking growth and expansion for our enterprise. We are highly ambitious to grow our client roster and are quite confident that with our differentiated service offering, be it digital or traditional media. We will successfully add value to our client’s existence. For us, our client satisfaction matters the most, and we will deliver meaningful and impactful campaigns for our clients.
Establishing Grapes as Integrated agency vs just being digital
Recently, we decided to revamp Grapes Digital to Grapes. The rebranding strategy reflects the progressive vision of the company while repositioning it from a digital agency to a strategic partner for brands. In the last couple of years, the demands of clients have evolved, and the pandemic has only magnified it further. It will be next to impossible for traditional and digital agencies to work separately to fulfil the diversified demands of the clients. Clients want agencies that offer both kinds of solutions. The transformation means to serve clients better while expanding the offering of varied services altogether and strengthening our Integrated portfolio.
