Ad-tech Company Vertoz Advertising Ltd declares 87.54% growth in profits for FY 2017-18

Mumbai: Vertoz Advertising Ltd, a leading programmatic advertising company has announced 87.54% growth in its profits for financial year ending 31 March, 2018. Vertoz registered consolidated revenue of INR 36.84 crore resulting in a Year-on-Year growth of 81.45% over FY 2016-2017. Based in Mumbai with international headquarters,the company has added several new clients and has also increased its spending through existing accounts. Incepted in 2012, Vertoz is the only Indian company in the programmatic space, which is publicly listed, and has a global presence. It is listed on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange, namely Emerge.

Hiren Shah, Founder and Chairman, Vertoz said, “It is truly heartening to witness such a phenomenal year on year growth for FY 2017-18. The robust growth is a testament of the continuous efforts of everyone in the team, to ensure that the best in terms of capabilities, technology and services is offered to our clients and other stakeholders. With more and more clients entrusting their brand to us, we are actively looking to expand in terms of products and services on offer, as well as clients, geographies, technology and talent.”

The phenomenal growth of Vertoz was also spurred by its constantly growing clientele panning across industries and sectors. While the company offers engaging and innovative advertising and monetization solutions, its services can be customized to suit the cross section of clients. Vertoz has on their roster renowned names like Godrej, Lenovo, MRF, HDFC, and so on in India, and has catered to clients like Interbets,globally. In addition to its proprietary technology – Ingenious Plex and in-house capabilities, Vertoz also boasts strategic partnerships and associations with global leaders like Lotame, LiveRamp, Cake and Taggify among others to offer global best practices to its clients.

Vertoz has seen exceptional growth in the past 6+ years, and has been successful in establishingits presence across major global hubs like New Delhi, Mumbai, San Francisco, London, New York and Dubai. Its international sales HQ is based out of New York in USA, while the operations and global HQ is based in Mumbai.
