Mumbai: Mondelēz International has appointed Aditi Chada as Lead – Communications, India, marking her return to the company with an expanded leadership mandate in corporate and brand communications.
Aditi joins Mondelēz International after serving as Head – Communications at Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios India, where she spent five years leading communications strategy for one of the country’s most prominent streaming and entertainment businesses.
Announcing the development on LinkedIn, Aditi shared, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Lead- Communications, India at Mondelēz International!”
Prior to her role at Prime Video, Chada was associated with Viacom18 Media Private Limited for nearly five years. There, she held the position of Senior Director – Corporate Communications, Corporate Marketing & Sustainability, and earlier served as Director – Communications. Her portfolio included corporate communications, brand marketing, sustainability messaging, and stakeholder engagement across the network’s diverse businesses.
Her professional journey also includes an earlier stint with Mondelēz International during its Cadbury India phase, where she worked as Corporate Affairs Manager from 2012 to 2016. In addition, she has held communications roles at Marico Limited (Kaya Skin Clinic), Vitcom Consulting, Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, and Hanmer & Partners, building over two decades of experience across corporate, consumer brand, and media communications.
With extensive experience across industries, Aditi brings deep expertise in crisis communications, reputation management, corporate communications, media relations, public relations, marketing communications, media planning, and integrated marketing.
Her appointment comes at a time when brands are sharpening their focus on integrated storytelling, stakeholder trust, and purpose-led communication in an increasingly dynamic consumer and regulatory environment.
