Mumbai: Alchemist Marketing & Talent Solutions has announced the promotion of two of its senior leaders—Curte Carrie Miranda and Malaica Abreu—to the role of Partners, marking a significant milestone in the agency’s continued growth journey. The announcement reflects their long-standing contribution to the firm’s success and future-forward vision.
Curte Carrie Miranda, who joined Alchemist six years ago, brings over 25 years of experience in integrated marketing. As the head of Aurange, Alchemist’s non-real estate IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) vertical, Curte has been pivotal in driving growth across key metros like Mumbai and Bengaluru. Already designated a Partner since October 2024, Curte now steps into an expanded role as National Head – Healthcare, leading the agency’s growing focus on healthcare communication across India.
Malaica Abreu, one of Alchemist’s earliest team members, has been instrumental in building and leading the Auntourage Division, which specializes in celebrity-driven campaigns. With 15 years at the agency, her elevation to Partner underlines her invaluable role in strengthening Alchemist’s presence in the celebrity and entertainment ecosystem.
