Mumbai: ANJ Group, a build and design companies, has announced the appointment of Kushal Kunder as its new Chief Operating Officer. A seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in real estate and infrastructure, Kunder joins ANJ to spearhead operational transformation and drive the company’s next phase of strategic growth across sectors and geographies.
Kunder spent over 20 years at global commercial real estate leader CBRE, where he led operations for a major global tech client across India. Prior to that, his tenure at K Raheja Realty and Skanska helped shape his core expertise in construction and project management. Renowned for his ability to align people, processes, and purpose, he brings both technical depth and leadership acumen to ANJ’s executive team.
