Kolkata: Annapurna Swadisht Limited, a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company with a strong footprint across Eastern India, has launched a new brand, OFFSIDE, as part of its expansion into urban and semi-urban markets. The brand is endorsed by former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly, who has been associated with the company as its Brand Ambassador since September 2025.
The brand unveiling took place at an event in Kolkata attended by the company’s senior leadership team, distribution partners, and other stakeholders. With OFFSIDE, the company aims to address shifting consumer preferences in the snacks and convenience foods category, while building on its established strength in rural distribution.
Founded in 2015, Annapurna Swadisht Limited manufactures and markets over 100 snack and food products, spanning western snacks, traditional namkeens, instant noodles, fryums, potato chips, bakery items, and confectionery. The company currently has a distribution network covering more than 80,000 villages and 250 towns across West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, and the North Eastern states.
According to company disclosures, Annapurna Swadisht Limited reported revenue of ₹407 crore in FY25, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 54 per cent. Operating profit stood at ₹47 crore with a margin of 12 per cent, while net profit reached ₹22 crore. Earnings per share rose to ₹9.86 during the same period.
