Mumbai-The Ashwin Sheth Group (ASG), a leading name in India’s real estate sector known for its premium and design-driven projects, has announced the elevation of Bhavik Bhandari to Chief Business Officer (CBO). Previously serving as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO), Bhandari will now lead the company’s integrated business strategy as ASG embarks on an ambitious growth trajectory.
In his expanded mandate, Bhavik will oversee Sales, Marketing, CRM, Business Development, Product Development, and Business Intelligence, along with setting up new business verticals. He will also be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the business and spearheading strategic initiatives in alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
Working closely with Ashwin Sheth, Chairman & Managing Director, Bhavik will play a key role in driving ASG’s expansion into new markets, asset classes, and Pan India growth opportunities.
With over 23 years of experience across prominent real estate brands such as Raheja, Kalpataru, Kanakia, and Puravankara, Bhavik has a proven track record of delivering business transformation. Since joining ASG, he has led critical initiatives that have elevated the company’s sales turnover, market share, corporate branding, and competitive positioning.
