Mumbai: In a first-of-its-kind collaboration, Asian Paints has partnered with Spotify for its marquee musical property, I-POP — a celebration of India’s dynamic and evolving pop music movement. The partnership added a vibrant visual layer to the event, blending music and colour in a way that felt fresh, energetic, and memorable for fans.
The exclusive, invite-only experience brought together real fans and Spotify Premium subscribers for an evening that celebrated creativity and expression through music and design.
Spotify’s I-POP property spotlights the resurgence of India’s pop scene — a movement driven by social media fandom, audiovisual storytelling, and a new wave of independent artists. By bringing this digital phenomenon to life on-ground, Spotify aims to create an immersive space for young audiences to engage with their favourite performers in person.
At the event, Asian Paints made its artistic mark with a specially designed mural inspired by music and celebration, reflecting the energy of the night. The artwork drew from Chromacosm, the world’s largest architectural colour system featuring over 5,300+ shades, transforming the space into a living, breathing canvas of creativity.
The Asian Paints experience zone also featured a photo booth crafted from the brand’s iconic paint buckets, where guests captured Polaroid keepsakes in the shade Love Song — a perfect fusion of melody and colour.
The evening saw electrifying performances from leading pop artists including Armaan Malik, Aditya Rikhari, Sanju Rathod, King, Jonita Gandhi, Hansika Pareek, and Kushagra.
Armaan Malik, one of India’s most popular pop voices, brought a wave of excitement with his performance and was seen admiring the vibrant Asian Paints mural. To commemorate the moment, the brand presented him with a custom guitar painted in his favourite Asian Paints shades, echoing the mural’s design and creativity.
