Mumbai: Asianet is set to expand its primetime offering with the launch of its latest emotional family drama, Mazha Thorum Munpe, premiering on July 7, and airing every day at 7 PM.
Based on the acclaimed novel by renowned Malayalam writer Joycee, Mazha Thorum Munpe brings to life the poignant journey of Aleena, a young woman raised in emotional solitude despite having living parents. Abandoned emotionally by her family, Aleena grows up navigating life’s challenges with quiet resilience, holding on to the enduring hope of reuniting with her long-lost parents and discovering true happiness.
Produced by Sangeeth P Rajan, Jerry Simon, and Manu Joy C, and directed by the seasoned Binu Vellathooval, the show promises to deliver high emotional impact and compelling storytelling, in line with Asianet’s legacy of presenting culturally rooted, character-driven dramas.
