Asianet is all set to celebrate Onam with many events like World Television Premieres of films, celebrations with TV stars, Telefilms, musical parties, comedy skits, Onam cookery shows, Onam special comedy stars, Start Music, Aadi Mone Buzzer, chat shows with famous actors, super hit films and more.
On Uthradam Day (September 7), the special programs line-up will start with famous film stars presenting ‘Onaruchimelam’ with dishes and new flavours at 8.30 am; ‘Onakalavara’ with Onam dishes will be presented before the audience at 8.55 am; The first part of ‘Cook with Comedy’ featuring famous film star Kaniha, popular television stars and comedians will be aired at 12.30 pm; ‘Onathappanum Kuttiyolum’ featuring Onakalli and Onam songs with Celebrity children, actor Jayaraj Warrier & singer Manjari at 1.30 pm followed by Ramesh Pisharadi with Comedy artistes, ‘Pisharadiyum Tharangalum’ at 2.30 pm.
The popular serials ‘Santhwanam’ and ‘Amma Ariyathe’ will be telecast from 7 pm to 8 pm. In the world television premiere show, super hit films such as Mohanlal film, ‘Neyyatinkara Gopante Aarat’ will be aired at 9 am; Manju Warrier-Biju Menon movie, ‘Lalitham Sundaram’ at 4 pm and Mammootty’s action film ‘Bheeshma Parvam’ at 8 pm.
On Thiruvonam day (September 8), the line-up starts with ‘Onaruchimelam’, popular artists with their Onam delicacies at 8.30am; ‘Onakalavara’ at 8.55 am; The second episode of ‘Cook with Comedy’ at 12.30 pm; The Onam celebrations, ‘Onapuram Nalam Pookalam’ featuring famous film star Suraj Venjaramood and popular television stars, comedians and film stars will be aired at 5.30 pm.
In the World Television Premiere lineup, ‘Hridayam’ starring Pranav, Mohanlal, Kalyani, Priyadarshan, Darshana and others will be aired at 9 am; Rajamouli’s RRR at 1.30 pm and “Bro Dady” starring Mohanlal, Prithviraj, Meena, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Lalu Alex, Kaniha and others at 7 pm.
Also from 30th August to 6th September, celebrity cookery show ‘Onaruchimelam’ will be aired at 11 am and ‘Onakalavara’ at 11.25 am.
Asianet Movies and Asianet Plus will also telecast many super hit movies and Onam shows on Onam days.
