Mumbai: AlterType, an independent creative company and the lead creative agency on record (AOR) for Chalet Hotels’ newly launched premium lifestyle brand, Athiva Hotels & Resorts, has unveiled Joy Is On The House—a brand campaign designed to redefine modern hospitality through joy, wellness, and sustainability.

The launch film positions Athiva not merely as a hotel brand, but as an immersive experience rooted in comfort, connection, and the simple yet profound feeling of coming home. With evocative visuals and thoughtful storytelling, the campaign captures the essence of a brand built to resonate with contemporary travelers seeking meaningful stays.

Since inception, AlterType has partnered closely with Chalet Hotels to shape Athiva’s distinct personality—one that blends warmth, comfort, and authentic joy across every guest interaction. The creative approach aimed to build a brand that doesn’t just communicate joy but delivers it consistently at every touchpoint.

The Joy Is On The House campaign spans a cinematic brand film, a robust digital presence, and experience-led on-ground activations, marking a significant milestone in Athiva’s entry into India’s premium hospitality segment.

Athiva Resort & Spa, Khandala, opened its doors on October 16, marking the brand’s first destination. Additional properties in Navi Mumbai and Aksa Beach are scheduled to open soon, alongside three newly announced Athiva resorts planned for Goa and Kerala.
