Mumbai: Bajaj Consumer Care has announced the appointment of Naveen Pandey as its new Managing Director, effective July 1, 2025, following the completion of Jaideep Nandi’s five-year tenure on June 30. The announcement was made via a regulatory filing and is subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 19th Annual General Meeting.
“The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee, recommended the appointment of Naveen Pandey as Additional Director designated as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five consecutive years with effect from July 1, 2025,” the company stated.
Jaideep Nandi had been serving as Managing Director since July 1, 2020, and his tenure witnessed notable progress in streamlining operations and driving brand relevance in a competitive personal care market.
In a parallel leadership move, the company has also announced the appointment of Aakash Gupta as Head – Finance, effective July 1. Gupta takes over from Richard D’Souza, who has stepped down to explore new opportunities outside the organisation.
