Mumbai: Bandhan AMC Limited has announced the appointment of Mayur Vasa as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In his new role, Vasa will lead the company’s technology strategy, strengthen digital capabilities and build scalable technology platforms to support business growth and enhance investor experience.

Vasa brings over 27 years of global experience across financial services, insurance and technology organisations. At Bandhan AMC, he will focus on leveraging emerging technologies, reinforcing digital infrastructure and driving innovation-led transformation aligned with the firm’s long-term strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Bandhan AMC Limited, Vasa served as Digital Transformation Leader for Marsh McLennan in India and the IMEA region, where he led enterprise-wide digital initiatives, AI-driven transformation programmes and operating model enhancements. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President & Head of IT Applications at Liberty General Insurance, spearheading large-scale digital initiatives and innovation programmes. He has also held leadership positions at ICICI Lombard and Tech Mahindra, building extensive expertise in enterprise technology, data and analytics and global delivery management.
Vasa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai and has completed advanced certifications including Oxford Artificial Intelligence (2024) and PRINCE2 Project Management (2003).
