Mumbai: Bank of Baroda, India’s International Bank, convened its ‘Leadership in Action’ meet featuring its Global Brand Ambassador, Sachin Tendulkar, underscoring its commitment to leadership excellence, employee engagement and recognition of top-performing teams across regions. The event brought together the Bank’s Board of Directors and senior leadership from the corporate office and various zones.
The programme commenced with an exclusive leadership interaction between the Board of Directors and Tendulkar, followed by a fireside chat that drew parallels between high-performance sport and corporate leadership. As part of the event, Bank of Baroda felicitated its top 10 Regional Heads and all 25 Zonal Heads for sustained business performance and people-centric leadership.
