Mumbai : According to the BARC Ratings of Hindi GEC for week 17 for the period between 23rd April to 29th April, the following are the performance status of various channels in Hindi entertainment space:
- Star plus came back to No. 1 position that was held by Colors last week with its viewership surging to 692 million in week 17 against 628 million in week 16.
- Colors dropped down to No. 2 spot despite its viewership increasing to 680 million in this week against 671 million in week 16.
- Sony Pal over took Zee TV to reach No. 3 spot with its viewership increasing to 550 Million in week 17 against 531 million in previous week.
- Zee TV dropped down to No. 4 position with its viewership further decreasing to 533 million in week 17 against 539 million in week 16.
- Star Utsav moved up in chart to No. 5 in week 17 from No.8 with its viewership surging 483 million in week 17 against 420 million in week 16.
- Life OK remained at No 6 position with its viewership dropping to 478 million in this week against 453 million in previous week.
- Zee Anmol dropped down to No. 7 position with its viewership dropping to 474 million in week 17 against 514 million in previous week.
- Rishtey dropped to No.8 position with its viewership decreasing to 411 million in this week against 436 million in 16 week.
- Sony SAB remained at No. 9 position with a viewership 360 million in this week 17 against 359 Million in week 16.
- Sony Entertainment Television remains at No.10 position with its viewership increasing to 348 million in this week against 279 million in previous week.
