BARC Week 10: Star Maa bags the top spot in the across genre category

BARC Week 36: Dangal bags top spot in Hindi GEC market

In Week 10 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India, Star Maa bagged the top spot in the across genre category with 2541.6 (000) AMA. Sun TV slipped one spot down and stood at the second position with 2435.4 (000) AMA. Star Plus shifted one spot up and claimed the 3rd position with 2373.94 (000) AMA. Star Utsav dropped to 4th position with 2193.61 (000) AMA. Dhinchaak retained its 5th spot with 1734.36 (000) AMA followed by Star Vijay at the 6th spot with 1609.13 (000) AMA. Sony Sab took a leap from 9th spot to 7th spot with 1507.11 (000) AMA as compared to week 9. Star Pravah with 1497.25 (000) AMA retained its 8th spot. Colors with 1479.37 (000) AMA at the 9th spot and Zee TV with 1476.35 (000) AMA at the 10th spot were the two new entrants in the top 10 chart.

Hindi Speaking Market

In the Hindi Speaking Market, Star Plus claimed the top spot with 2294.59 (000) AMA. Star Utsav slipped to 2nd position with 2186.19 (000) AMA. Dhinchaak retained its 3rd spot with 1716.55 (000) AMA. Sony Sab was the new entrant in the top 5 charts and claimed the 4th spot with 1476.74 (000) AMA. Star Pravah with 1471.95 (000) AMA retained its 5th spot.

South 

In the South channel category, Star Maa claimed the top spot with 2481.35 (000) AMA. Sun TV slipped to 2nd position with 2425.71 (000) AMA. The last 3 positions in the top 5 chart remained unchanged compared to week 9 with Star Vijay at the 3rd spot with 1605.59 (000) AMA followed by Zee Telugu at the 4th spot with 1360.4 (000) AMA and Zee Kannada with 1343.35 (000) AMA at the 5th spot.
