New Delhi: Beatit Entertainment, a sports and event management company, has announced two significant mandates that further strengthen its presence in India’s cricket and live entertainment ecosystem. The company has been appointed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to manage match entertainment for the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 and the IPL Playoff match in New Chandigarh, while also being named the venue operations and entertainment management partner for the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) at the Dharamshala Cricket Stadium.
As part of its collaboration with BCCI, Beatit Entertainment has been entrusted with end-to-end match entertainment management for WPL 2025 and the IPL playoff. The scope includes planning, production and execution of immersive in-stadium experiences such as VR games, large-scale light and sound shows, and synchronised fireworks, designed to elevate fan engagement during India’s most-watched cricket events.
In parallel, Beatit Entertainment handled comprehensive stadium operations and entertainment management at HPCA Dharamshala. The mandate covered hospitality management, stadium aesthetics, branding and overlays, match entertainment programming, and synchronised light and firework displays. For the Dharamshala fixtures, the company reimagined premium hospitality zones with distinct themes—red and gold for Corporate Boxes, black and white for the VVIP Enclosure, and metallic blue and silver for the Clubhouse—along with redesigned buffet layouts, curated bar installations and decorative wall panelling.
Additionally, more than 30,000 square feet of concourse branding and visual installations were deployed across spectator areas to enhance the overall stadium experience. Responding to feedback after the inaugural match in Mohali, Beatit Entertainment also delivered an upgraded three-minute mid-innings entertainment spectacle at Dharamshala, featuring synchronised fireworks choreography, laser lighting and coordinated stadium illumination. Timed with India’s strong first-innings performance, the show drew strong crowd response and widespread traction on social media.
The dual mandates with BCCI and HPCA mark an important milestone in Beatit Entertainment’s growth journey, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner for cricket boards, stadium authorities and major sporting leagues in India, with a focus on delivering high-impact, fan-centric live experiences.
